Last Thursday we came back from our holiday (or is it vacation) in Ommen. Yesterday was mainly a day of cleaning up the mess and today the real live has started again Which means, do shopping (we need to eat), go to the hair dresser (anyone can notice the difference), go to pick-up Peggy (our cat), etc, etc.

But about our vacation (or is it holiday). As said we went to Ommen were we have camped for almost three weeks. Even though the weather was not that great, especially compared to last year, we had a great time. It was the usual stuff, but we had a lot of fun. We visited some friends who were camping nearby. Some friends came to visit us. We also walked a couple of marked routes through the woods and we cycled through them as well. Menno had a great time, because he could play with other kids a lot and he could go outside whenever he wanted. In fact he only was in the tent when it rained.

We had the laptop with us and during a rainy evening I also made changes to the blog engine. Now I can control the layout much better through the css file, so I’m trying to find nice color combinations and try to make it look less like Michael’s, which I still use as base. The current colors are not as good as I want it to be, but it is a start.
